1. What this covers

This policy describes how Davide Lombardi ("we", "us") handles information in the Mill Cheat mobile application (the "App"). Mill Cheat helps you track beds, seed packets, jobs, harvest notes, and a small sill game. There is no social feed and no cloud account.

By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Data stored on your iPhone

Local garden log. Plot name, frost date, unit preference, beds, plantings, harvest entries, seed packets, tasks, sill progress, and game counters are saved on your device using Apple’s on device storage (SwiftData and UserDefaults). We do not operate player accounts or remote backups of your garden.

Core features work without signing in. Sample demo rows can be removed from Settings at any time.

3. Photos you add

If you attach a photo to a bed, planting, harvest, or seed packet, that image is stored only in the App’s local database on your device. We do not upload your photo library or individual pictures to our servers.

4. When the App uses the internet

Day-to-day gardening features do not require a network connection. Online use includes opening this privacy page, the public Mill Cheat website if you choose to visit it, exporting a PDF you then share yourself through iOS, and the services described below.

5. Analytics and tracking

Mill Cheat uses AppsFlyer to measure installs and understand which channels bring growers to the App. AppsFlyer may receive your install identifier, device type, iOS version, IP address, and app activity such as launches.

App Tracking Transparency. On first launch, iOS asks whether Mill Cheat may track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. Your device advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared only if you tap Allow. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the identifier stays hidden and the App works the same way.

We do not show third party ads inside the App.

6. Notifications

Plot job alerts and sill ripe alerts are local notifications. Their text is generated on your device, and you can switch them on or off in Settings.

Mill Cheat may also send push notifications through OneSignal. To deliver them, OneSignal receives a push token for your device, the AppsFlyer install identifier, device type, iOS version, language, and time zone. Push notifications are sent only if you allow notifications when iOS asks.

7. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your garden log with advertisers or data brokers.

The only third party services built into the App are AppsFlyer (install measurement) and OneSignal (push delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy policy, linked above.

When you use Share Sheet to export a PDF or other content, Apple’s system services handle delivery to the destination you pick, under Apple’s own privacy terms.

8. Your choices

9. Children

Mill Cheat is a personal garden organizer and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal data, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this page when the App changes. The revised date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
